I launched Figr8Fitness in 2014, with a mission to help people build healthier, stronger, and more resilient bodies. Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, guiding them through long-lasting lifestyle changes, weight loss, strength building, and improving overall well-being. My journey started with a simple goal—to create personalised exercise programmes and provide sustainable nutrition advice that truly makes a difference.
I train clients in a gym, at their homes, home gyms, or outdoor spaces, offering flexibility that suits individual preferences. My focus is on creating realistic, achievable goals that fit seamlessly into everyday life. Quick-fix transformations aren’t my approach—I believe in building habits that last.
Through my social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, I share free tips and advice to help people stay informed and motivated. My aim is to make personal training accessible and affordable, offering various training options that allow clients to work with me in a way that fits their lifestyle and budget. They can also adapt their training approach as their needs evolve.
While my core focus is on men and women over 40, I have successfully trained clients in their 20s and 30s as well, helping them achieve strength, fitness, and longevity. I firmly believe in practising what I preach and tailor every programme to suit the unique needs of each client. My philosophy is based on an outcome-driven approach—doing more of what works and adjusting where needed. Small, sustainable steps lead to significant changes, and consistency is key.
I provide not just expertise, but also accountability, encouragement, and support. My goal is to empower clients with the confidence and independence they need to take control of their fitness journey.
