Nutrition advice is included to support your fitness journey, and I provide WhatsApp support between sessions to keep you motivated and on track.
For those who prefer flexibility, I offer personalised training programmes and support through a dedicated personal training app. Following a 45-60 minute consultation, I create a weekly training plan tailored to your goals. Regular self-monitoring and session feedback enable a structured four-week progress evaluation via Zoom. Nutrition tracking is also included through the app's daily monitoring features.
